"The park is in a fantastic location to 'get away from it all'. It is the ideal place for a spot of absolute relaxation where you can let the world pass you by. "
Mr S, 07 September 2007
"The location at Loch Goilhead was stunning and the campsite was incredibly quiet and beautifully maintained. We have been on other caravan holidays and have felt lacking in privacy. The positioning of the caravans and the space between them gave us that privacy we appreciate. There were lots and lots of activites for the children - not once did they want to use the arcade machines and never complained of being bored. The caravan was spacious tastefully styled and very well equipped - we usually struggle with pan sizes as there are at least seven of us - this was not the case at Loch Goilhead. The staff were friendly and always helpful - in particular with the children. I have already recommended this holiday to a number of friends. "
Mrs M, 29 August 2008

"My family and I have stayed at Lochgoilhead several times over the past 3 years in Kingfisher village. We have just returned from another weekend and once again it was fantastic. The entertainment was brilliant the food was excellent and the caravans were very modern and clean. The weather was crisp and we managed to get lots of walks in and my son who is 11 enjoys the golf and swimming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I am now going to book for later this year!"
Mrs L, 01 February 2010
"Thank you very much for such a wonderful holiday. We now have two very young children and we decided to stay in the UK for our holiday rather than facing the hassle of flying abroad. We were impressed with the park the scenery was excellent and the accommodation was first class. Even though the journay took 8 hours it was well worth it! Our only regret is that we should have had our holidays with you years ago - once again thank you very much for everything!"
Mr B, 13 July 2007

Mrs W, 13 October 2007
"We stayed in an Osprey lodge as we had our family dog with us it was excellent and equipped very well with everything we could need - a little home from home. The scenery surrounding the actual park is the sort you would find on a postcard absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were very good and our 4 year old daughter particularly loved the swimming pool and ball pool area. We found a beautiful restaurant in Lochgoilhead village called The Shore House ( which had excellent food lovely staff and owners and the most amazing view you could wish for and all for a very reasonable price - I would suggest booking as it is very popular. We also took one of the motorboats out on the Loch which was great fun and were very fortunate to see dolphins (or harbour porpoise if you're being speficic!) swimming around the loch - a real treat! I would definitely recommend this park if you want some peace tranquility and fresh air - but you really need a car to go there. There is no way you could visit this park without your own transport. During our 5 day stay we spotted dolphins seals hawks a red squirrel and deer - what more can you ask for..?! A beautiful place and a lovely holiday!"

"Everything about this site is excellent from the staff to the accomodation to the facilities. We took our dog and there are excellent dog-friendly walks. Our caravan had patio doors opening onto an enclosed patio which was an added bonus. "

"Fantastic the family leisure facilities were well thought out as you could sit in the centre of the hall and still see the kids where ever they were. The pub food was reasonably priced and very good. Overall would recommend this holiday for families (as long as they don't mind the traveling in and out)"

"The location of the site was stunning! Even in November we had a great time! The leisure facilities were great for the kids which makes our life so much easier! I would love to come back when the weather was better in order to do some hill walking with the children! Anyone who enjoys the "Great Outdoors" should visit this site and the surrounding area! "
Mr B, 10 November 2008
"Lovely scenery set in a peaceful and friendly area with plenty to do on the park and in the surrounding area. A great get away from it all holiday which the kids enjoyed too!"
Mrs O, 11 August 2007
"The lodge was in need of maintenance - windows needed cleaned and many window fittings fixed; a bedside lamp and heated towel rail were not working; bath panel cracked; settees in poor state; remote not working; no lids for saucepans; kitchen could have been kitted out better. In view of this the lodge most definitely did not represent good value for money. The activites were rather expensive - it seems as if the management is taking advantage of the isolated location to charge unreasonable rates. Very disappointing that you cannot buy a ticket for a single swim - you can only buy one that includes food. The electricity rate of £35 is a little on the steep side - it especially seems unreasonable charging for day of arrival/departure when you can't check in until 4pm and must depart by 10am - perhaps charging for full days only (i.e. 6 days @ £30) could be considered? "
Mrs D, 20 July 2009
