"I have family in Millom so use this sight 4+ times a year as do my parents. The lady that meets you can not do enough all you have to do is ask. Plenty of places to walk if you don't want to use the car. Millom and Haverigg are small places but they were booming in the early years before the iron works closed. And very friendly people. "
Mrs G, 21 February 2009
"I would certainly recommend the site to water sports skiing enthusiasts as access to the lake and club ski bar were our primary reasons for booking the holiday. The fact that it was dog friendly was also a plus. it is our intention to use the park a couple of times a year."
Mr R, 09 June 2008
"I would recommend the holiday because the caravan had everything we could want and more - it was clean and lovely. The staff couldn't have done more to help - it was just great! "
Mrs J, 18 August 2007
"The location was perfect for families dog lovers walkers and nature lovers. The caravan was cosy and warm and the lady who showed us around was extremely helpful directing us to local shops etc. All in all a lovely weekend and we will definitely be booking for next year.!"
Mrs M, 12 November 2009
"We've never been on a caravan holiday before and expected it to have some very basic facilities. Although the pictures on the site indicated that the accommodation was going to be good we had to see it to believe it! Our expressions on entry were 'WOW' and that says it all. Spotlessly clean and very well furnished - it was a delightful experience from the very start. We were late in our arrival but the person in charge was very gracious helpful and welcoming. Besides the accommodation the area around too was good for wee walks. All in all a fabulous time in a fabulous place!"
Mr M, 17 September 2009
